Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

I am a cosplayer, I sew. My friend, Paz, is the artist. You can go ahead and express yourself through politics. We hear enough about them each day so let's draw some art to them to! YAY! Because politics totally rocks. ...not.
Also, Paz is my friend, of course I am going to stand up for her and say something. She is my best friend and I am sure if you had a best friend you would do the same.
You make a good Tenten. I've seen very few cosplayers of her, maybe three in total counting you and my friend ^__^;;. Personally though... I prefer Lee, even if it involves wearing green spandex XD.
